On Sunday, August 26, 2001, Holy Rosary's Life Teen Community hosted a special "Mass on the Grass." The regular Sunday Evening Life Teen Mass at 5:30 PM was celebrated on the lawn between the rectory and the parish center. Folks were scattered all over the lawn using blankets, towels, folding chairs, and who knows what else to relax and pray as a community. After the Mass, the Fil-AM Club at Holy Rosary served a scrumptious catered dinner, the highlight of which were the two suckling pigs that everybody enjoyed! It was a great evening and after last week's Life Teen Kick-off, it must be said that the Life Teen Community is off to great start!
