For some years the Antioch Council of the Knights of Columbus have especially honored one of Antioch's finest from both the Police Department and the Fire Department. With the formation of the new Saint Ignatius Council at Saint Ignatius of Antioch Parish, the two councils have joined together for this annual tribute. Normally held in our Parish Center, the dinner this year was held at the Tao Sin Jin Chinese Restaurant on Saturday, January 19, 2002. Because of the Santo Nino Mass, yours truly was not able to spend too much time with the Knights. However, I hope that these few pictures will say in some small way our thanks to the Knights of Columbus for their presence and activity in our community and to the members of the Police and Fire Departments in our fair city. We are all very grateful for the sacrifices you and your families have made to make Antioch a great place to live!
